At 630 pm in 3/12 I ate dinner st fix Bros. I had the brisket meatloaf and a jalapeño sausage. I started feeling ill at 5am the next morning. And have made numerous trips to the bathroom. I am staying in a hotel on vacation and this is a horrible experience. Vomit, diarrhea, body aches, fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 身体疼痛

Cauliflower rice bowl with salmon, I ate the food and an hour later i had to go to the bathroom. My stomach was tight. Stool came out as diarrhea. 20-30 minutes i had to go to the bathroom again. More diarrhea. 15 minutes after that same thing happened.  | 症状: 腹泻

我在星期六（3-9-19）吃了东西，不久之后到处都是荨麻疹。第二天早上醒来时胃痛非常痛，荨麻疹已经蔓延。现在今天（3-11-19）我想我终于可以摆脱它了。我一直在那个 Wendy 餐厅吃东西会发生这样的事情真是太疯狂了。

3 月 10 日星期日下午 12:30 吃了自助午餐。
那是我妈妈的生日。她生病了，我因呕吐、腹泻、严重疼痛、发冷、头痛和抽筋而生病。感觉我快要死了无法按住任何东西。从凌晨 4 点开始就这样了，她从 3 点开始
红薯蛋奶酥是常见的因素。另外三个人从来没吃过而且完全没问题。

My husband and I ate their sushi last night, on March 11, with their mayo sauce (yum yum sauce) and we got very sick. Our daughter ate the same sushi without the sauce and she was ok. So I think the sauce that we got for take out.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
