May 23, 2016. Ate at 3:00-4:00. Corporate training was occurring and most the staff was sitting down learning. 12 hours later, explosive vomit for the next eight hours. Nearly died.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Made the bacon for breakfast this morning with my husband. Followed the directions on package. Immediately after eating--cramps/watery poop started. Still feel sick to stomach, achey, light headed, and warm. I think I will do without bacon for awhile. Yikes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate a simple romaine salad with chicken, guac, sour cream, and cheese. Began projectile vomiting around 6 hours later after experiencing nausea. Spent 8 hours with severe diarrhea and vomiting simultaneously before spending another two dry heaving.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
