2016 年 6 月 3 日晚上 9 点 30 分左右我去买了小鸡 fila。我有一个鸡肉三明治和华夫饼干薯条。第二天早上 5 点左右我开始呕吐并出现严重腹泻。我失去了太多的液体，以至于我不得不去 ER 进行静脉注射才能将液体输回体内。我再也不会吃小鸡了

Stopped here during a layover, always order the same thing at any Chik fil A. Huge exception this time, stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting started about 1.5 hrs after eating, while I was still in the air! Vomiting in a plane restroom is horrible. Four days later… 更多

我昨天（6/1）吃了 Zaxbys 午餐，几个小时感觉还不错。回到家后，我开始感到恶心，胃里感到极度疼痛。我开始不断呕吐，以至于我会反流我吃或喝的任何东西。整个晚上和今天（6/2）一直持续疼痛和呕吐。我联系了我的医生，但他们今天的日程安排似乎很紧张。我一直很虚弱，无法获得任何药物，更不用说动了。这是一次非常艰苦的经历。

烤箱是不是用生菜、番茄、洋葱烤了鸡肉。今天下午 2 点左右吃了，晚上 7 点左右，食物中毒的症状突然袭击了我。整个身体变得虚弱和疼痛，变得头晕和头痛。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 头痛, 弱点, 头晕, 酸痛
