Got some chicken tacos and a roller late night. Ate one each, stomach felt unsettled immediately so I threw the rest away. Spent most of the night up and down with nausea. Then serious vomiting early the next day. Stomach still suffering and unsettled and I haven't left the house today. Never again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My boyfriend and I got nearly identical dishes except I had the shrimp. We ordered online and picked it up in the store. Only I'm sick which leads me to believe it's the shrimp. I had to leave work due to profuse vomiting the day after eating this.  | 症状: 呕吐

7 月 18 日，星期二 7 点 30 分左右，我点了炸鸡、土豆泥、白肉汁、青豆和炸苹果。我注意到豆子和土豆泥不热，如果温度不正确，我通常会把食物寄回去，但是那天晚上很着急，所以我吃了大约一半的东西。
早上 5 点左右我醒来时严重抽筋。不幸的是，这种疾病给我造成的影响太快了，我甚至都没上厕所。爆炸性腹泻，在接下来的几个小时内，我体内每个毛孔都会大量出汗，发烧，发冷和呕吐。
今天是星期四，我仍然虚弱和恶心。

Ate here back in April 2017, but just found out about this site. Had Easter breakfast here, and was sick within 30 mins. Vomiting and diarrhea for several days. Went to the Dr. and got a shot for the nausea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
