I ate at jack in the box and felt horrible when I worked the night shift next door at sonic. I had the runs and abdominal pain while also needing to vomit a bit. The service was great. My curly fries were not.  | 症状: 呕吐

Went to get lunch yesterday around 11:30 am. By this morning i can barely get off the toilet and missed work. The truck was disgusting looking and the lady working was horrendous but i have never got sick from one before.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
