I ate the chicken 5 box (2 legs biscuit and mashed potatoes) around 330pm today 102718. I started to feel nausea about 2 hours after. Shortly after that watery diarrhea (twice). I still feel sick as I write this. Debating if I should go to the ED  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我从熟食店买了塞萨尔鸡肉沙拉。这就是自上午 10 点以来我必须吃的全部东西。吃完之后我就睡觉了，觉得自己必须反流。我女儿在午夜 12 点醒来反流。由于恶心、头痛和反流，她第二天不得不下班，我也没有！！！

17 年 1 月 23 日星期日下午 3 点左右与我的男朋友分享了羽衣甘蓝、姜、柠檬草、胡萝卜冰沙。17 年 1 月 24 日去上班，白天感到轻微的胃部不适（气胀）。当我 6 点下班开车回家的时候，我担心在呕吐之前我不会回家。我有可怕的弹丸呕吐和腹泻，还有可怕的胃痉挛。我的男朋友自从第二班工作以来目前正在上班，而且他正在经历同样的症状.这款冰沙是我们昨天分享消费的唯一物品！
