2018 年 2 月 1 日，我和我的男朋友从这个地方买了两个披萨，一个是青椒、洋葱和菠萝。另一个披萨有香肠和培根。我们都有极度疲劳、发烧、胃痛和腹泻。几周前我们俩都在这里吃过饭，我的男朋友感觉不好，但他把它丢了，我肚子不舒服。我们不会再在这里吃饭了，因为他们有严重的问题。

Ate a spicy chicken Caesar salad on Thursday evening, May 10th. Felt a little ill Friday. Started puking late that night early morning with lots of liquid diarrhea early Sat the 12. Even contacted the FDA no response the bean burritos had a taste of chemicals two bites my wife and I both got sick
