用鸡蛋吃了切成丁的迷你甜椒（商店里的），做成迷你菜肉馅煎蛋饼，鸡蛋在烤箱里完全煮熟，过期后。使用前没有炒辣椒。7 月 30 日晚上 7 点吃了，整晚胃酸了。早上 7 点 30 分腹泻、呕吐、恶心和腹部敏感/疼痛  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

I ordered a gargantuan and a pickle around 1pm. Started having diarrhea within 2 hours. Started to vomit atound 10pm. Had a fever almost the entire night. So far ive had 2 litters of pedialite starting at 9am to 530pm.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
