I had lunch here with my family on Saturday. I had a fajita salad. My youngest had an enchilada. I picked youngest up from summer camp yesterday after he'd been up all night, with a fever and vomiting. By the time we got home from summer camp I started.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered a salad with barbacoa, black beans, cheese and salsa. About 2 hours later I started getting sever stomach cramps and feeling nauseous. Shortly after that began the vomiting and diarrhea. That lasted about 12 hours before It finally stopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

6 hrs after eating the rice bowl with everything, I started feeling nausea and started vomiting and having diarrhea. I was having excruciating abdominal pain with diarrhea. The only thing I ate after the rice bowl was a grape fruit, which I had about approx 5 hours… 更多
