I had lunch here with my family on Saturday. I had a fajita salad. My youngest had an enchilada. I picked youngest up from summer camp yesterday after he'd been up all night, with a fever and vomiting. My boyfriend, my friend and I went to McDonald's and all got something with chicken. We ended up all getting sick that night. I was vomiting and couldn't stay off the toilet. Ordered a salad with barbacoa, black beans, cheese and salsa. About 2 hours later I started getting sever stomach cramps and feeling nauseous. Shortly after that began the vomiting and diarrhea. That lasted about 12 hours before It finally stopped.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
