星期四 9/2/21。大约 30-60 分钟后感觉有点病，然后 6-10 个小时后，腹泻，真正的胃部痉挛，头痛。24 小时后还在继续。但是现在不那么严重。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 抽筋, 头痛

Went in around 8:30 pm and it looked like the food had been sitting there for a while so I should known better. I had the Chicken bowl with a mix of beans, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese and corn. I had major stomach cramps and #3 for hours.  | 症状: 腹泻
