I got sick from eating a salad here. I ate a Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with chicken from the Drive Through. I went to bed and about 3 hours after eating the salad I woke up with horrible stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

鸡锅馅饼在烤箱里煮熟，下午 3 点与姜汁啤酒/OJ 饮料一起吃。恶心在晚上 11 点左右开始。此后不久，天然气开始。到晚上 11 点 30 分，我无法离开浴室超过 5 分钟。持续了大约 2 个小时。拿了 3 个 Tum 来恶心。我相信这是我没有呕吐的唯一原因。第二天，恶心醒来，还有三次长时间上厕所。腹泻终于在下午 3 点左右停止了，但恶心又开始了。24 小时后，玛丽现在是个不受欢迎的房客。
