after eating a dominoes pizza with extra garlic sauce tomato and onion. The entire night i was puking then immediatly prior having diarreah. Nausea for the next two days. Painfull dryheaving  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered the queso bacon chicken sandwich. The queso didn't look right but I still ate it. There was something chewy in the sandwich. I couldn't even finish it. Now I'm throwing up and Nauseaus.  | 症状: 呕吐

2017 年 8 月 4 日早上吃了 2 份早餐卷饼，之后没有吃任何其他东西。晚上 8 点回家后不到一个小时，我开始感到剧烈的胃痛，在疼痛发作的一个小时内，我就出现了爆发性腹泻。当我说爆炸物时-我的意思是爆炸物。想想圣海伦斯山。

我得到了一个 5 美元的马铃薯盒，里面有新的马铃薯，一个 dorito locos Taco 和一个硬壳塔可。我吃了 dorito locos 炸玉米饼和硬壳炸玉米饼，有一阵子看起来还不错。但是后来我被强烈的恶心打击，最后我把所有的晚餐都呕吐了，这真令人失望。我现在还有发烧，剧烈的胃痛以及其他饮食问题。如果事情不能很快解决，我会去看医生。因为这个原因，我现在很痛苦，可能暂时不会在塔可钟吃东西了。
