Consumed crab rangoon, spring roll, sesame chicken, and chicken fried rice at 6:15 pm on 2/12/16. Woke up with extreme nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea at approximately 5 am 2/13. Extreme conditions lasted until 1 pm 2/13, nausea and mild diarrhea is still going and its 2:37 am 2/14.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a chicken bowl with brown rice chicken cheese mild sauce sour cream and a bag of chips on 02/12/16 @ 4:15pm at it when I got to work at 5 by 7 I was vomiting several times and runny diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我有一个带酸奶油的豆卷饼和一个鸡肉卷饼。2016 年 2 月 10 日晚上 10 点之后我就拿到了食物。一个半小时后开始抽筋，大约 3 小时后开始呕吐。整晚大部分时间都在洗手间然后今天早上又被扔掉了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋

On Thursday Feb. 4th for lunch I ate a Burrito bowl with only chicken, avocado and salsa. The diarrhea started Saturday night and continues till now, Tuesday Feb 9th. My colleague from work who ate with me also had diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻
