4月17日星期五下午5点，我路过餐厅买了一个humita（里面有奶酪的玉米糊）和一杯黑莓奶昔。我3岁的儿子吃了，他的父亲和我这个母亲也吃了。5点30分我儿子开始呕吐，连续呕吐了8次多，我们把他送到医院，医生告诉我们他中毒了，他唯一吃的食物就是我们在Don Lucho餐厅买的。第二天我丈夫和我也出现了同样的症状。我需要你们请调查一下这家餐厅的食物制作和卫生是否安全。

I gave my son spaghetti & meats balls & about 3 hours later he had blowout diarrhea. First I didn't know it was from the spaghetti n meat balls until it started happening to me but worse. I had diarrhea & extreme stomach cramps & still do.… 更多

April 17, 2026 I drank and peach strawberry non alcohol fizz, ate blooming onion, filet and lobster with loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus The service was great, no one got sick but me! Thank god, my husband had just gotten home from heart surgery.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛
