2017 年 7 月 15 日下午 4:30 吃了意大利辣香肠披萨和炸鱿鱼。2017 年 7 月 16 日凌晨 3 点生病了。恶心、发汗、严重的腹部痉挛和腹泻直到凌晨 5:30。一整天都有腹部痉挛。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

I ate a 3 piece dark meat chicken a side of mash potatoes and gracy and cinnamon apples around 7pm. By 1230am is was up vomiting which led to diarrhea. It is 9am the next day and my stomach is still upset.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I ate Chilli and got sick 6 hrs later with severe vomiting diarrhea and nausea. Sick for 4 days. I called Wendy's customer care and they stated the store manager and district manager would call me. They never did .  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I have gotten sick twice this month after having a latte macchiato with soy milk I had that both times. The first I got sick I had an egg & gouda sandwich with the latte. The second time I had lemon pound cake with same latte. I always get latte macchiato with soy milk.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
