8 月 1 日，我吃了来自塔可贝尔哈维洛克 NC 的鸡肉紧缩包装。8 月 4 日我开始感觉不好。发烧、头痛和胃痉挛。8 月 5 日我开始呕吐并持续腹泻。我变得非常虚弱，而且陷入困境。我感觉我快死了。8 月 8 日我的妻子让我去了 Carteret 综合医院。他们拿了样品/测试然后把它们发出来。把我放在 3 种不同的药物中。之后我死亡病了一周或更长时间。我还在服药，还有一个待完成。它差点杀了我。我不能工作。我不能吃东西或做任何事情。几天我收到克雷文县卫生部门的一封信，说我需要给社区疾病护士打电话。吓死我和我的家人。但是我们为最坏的情况做了准备我联系了他们，他们透露我有沙门氏菌中毒。我一生中从来没有这么生病过。

I think it may have been the Feta Cheese, it looked nasty but they said it had spices in it that is why it looked that way.....I should have trusted my instinct. I was up all night sick as a dog. I will NEVER eat at Firestorm Pizza again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My family stoped into Sheetz to get a bite to eat around 115 PM on August 24th 2018. We all ordered Burgers and fries, I got jalipino poppers. We got home at 7 PM and my wife began vomiting around 9 PM. It's now 11:22 She's still vomiting. Sheetz is the only place we ate at today.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
