我们在 7 月 29 日星期日下午 1 点 30 分左右在 Chipotle 吃饭。我们三个人吃了午饭，我们三个人都生病了。我吃了糙米、黑豆、sofritas、温和的莎莎酱、玉米和生菜。症状是腹泻、胃痉挛、到处都是疼痛、发冷很累。症状都在第二天早上开始。

this was all day on 7/29 and 7/30. My daughter ate a chipotle bowl with steak from the Powell location and she had diarrhea, horrible cramping, nausea, and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

7 月 27 日星期五晚上，我在这个地方吃了晚餐（牛排炸玉米饼加奶酪、中度和中度酱汁），然后从第二天下午 2 点左右开始腹部剧烈疼痛，导致腹泻严重清除我的肠子，包括在一个小时内清除我吃的午餐（当时是根本没有消化）。我现在可以吃得更好一些，但是直到周一晚上，我仍然经历了一些剧烈的胃痛。
