沙拉晚餐吃了沙拉和比萨饼。我 13 岁的儿子在下午 6 点左右。他抱怨从 9-10 左右开始有气痛或胃灼热感。凌晨 1:45 之前呕吐。不知道我丈夫是否在吃沙拉。看起来里面有很多东西，比如玉米等。它发生在几分钟前。

沙拉包含：菠菜、鸡肉和玉米
疾病是胃部膨胀，然后在凌晨 2 点左右呕吐这顿饭，一直持续到胃空了。现在有腹泻和抽筋并且正在呕吐他想喝的任何水。

Boyfriend and I both ate cheeseburgers with American cheese and French fries. We both then proceeded to get sick the next day. Boyfriend felt sick 15 mins after eating and I felt sick 12 hours after eating there.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a VEGAN chocolate product: www.luckyvitamin.com/p-1897360-endangered-species-dark-chocolate-bark-hazelnut-toffee-4-7-oz . When I received the bag it said: contains milk. I checked the website for the chocolate product and there is says it contains milk: www.chocolatebar.com/products/dark-chocolate-with-hazelnut-toffee/ , Luckyvitamin.com refunded me and the allergen warnings were not taken to serious considerations
