We got the festive meal for 12 which included roasted turkey, ham, cream spinach and kale, butternut squash, mashed potatoes gravy,green beans cranberry sauce and pies. 7 out of 13 of us all had vomiting and diarrhea at 3 AM this morning  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

上午 11 点 30 分左右吃了西兰花切达干酪汤。完成后立即出现严重的胃痛然后去洗手间。在 Panera 浴室里呕吐和腹泻了大约 45 分钟。已经大约 6 个小时了，但仍有间歇性剧烈的胃痛。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

I ate the "Modern Greek Salad with Quinoa" for lunch today... and have used the bathroom 8 times since then. My stomach is knotted with painful cramps. I only had a piece of plain toast for breakfast so 99% sure that something in the salad was the culprit.  | 症状: 腹泻
