I had the calamari and cheese curd appetizers, but the tuna nachos are what I believe made me violently ill. Within an hour of consuming the nachos I could barely control my burps and my stomach felt gurgly. I ended up with both vomitting and diarrhea for hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, Burping

2018 年 12 月 13 日 830 之后不久，我们去那里庆祝，因为在学校的侄女音乐会点了 “混蛋虾饭” 之后，这根本不是个混蛋。大概 2 小时后回到家洗完澡立刻上床睡觉肚子开始疼痛以为是因为食物很甜（我通常不吃甜食），然后也许在疼痛开始 20 分钟后，我感到有呕吐的冲动。我做了，然后我试着睡觉。第二天我去上班时，我仍然感到恶心，但是没吃东西，所以没什么可呕吐的。我胃里的疼痛会来来去去我无法完成工作，不得不离开，因为腹泻我一直不得不去洗手间。下班后我去医院肯定得了胃肠炎。这太不幸了，也非常令人失望。我目前正在下班回家，奉医生的命令休息并服用急诊室给我的药物。
