I had a chicken bowl, white rice, Mild, medium, hot, and corn salsa, cheese, and a side of carintas like usual. I only ate about half. I ate it around 8:30-9PM and woke up sick at 2:30-3AM  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My family went to Panera bread at 1/21/17. I and my daughter ate broccoli cheddar soup. Same night I throw up 5-7 times. My daughter throw up 3-4 times. We went to emergency room.
