I ordered salmon. I ate it and about one hour later I had diarrhea. Then I started to vomit and am still vomiting two hours later. I didn’t eat anything else besides this meal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在晚上 8 点 45 分（就在他们关门之前）拿起了一个蓝莓松饼。在家里吃了，两个小时后开始呕吐。到目前为止（星期六），腹泻伴有可怕的抽筋已有 3 天了。打电话是为了让经理知道。我得到的唯一回应是 “我会检查他们是否有问题。”没有表现出任何担忧。我再也不会在那里吃东西了。

Sourdough jack with no tomato and heavy mayonnaise at about 8:30 pm last night. Woke up at about 545 am running to bathroom. Husband had smokey bacon cheeseburger which has no mayonnaise and feels fine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚我在这家汉堡王吃饭后出现了严重的抽筋和腹泻。今天早上腹泻是血腥的。我订购了两顿芝士汉堡餐。但是，抽筋开始前的那天晚上，我确实在家里吃了 cheezits 饼干并喝了三杯朗姆酒利口酒。cheezits 和白酒都已经打开了，之前已经被吃过/喝过，没有发生任何事件。但是，两者都坐了一段时间（但也分别用夹子和盖子关闭）。
