Ate at Old Chicago Pizza on 8/12/2018 for dinner. The meat pasta sauce did taste a little different and a few hours later suffered from severe food poisoning. Notified the manager by phone to warn about the sauce but didn’t seem to care.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a boneless buffalo chicken meal, fries and a sweet tea. Had ranch dipping sauce. Ate the meal and about 30 mins later started to have intense abdominal pain and a bit later diarrhea. I had diarrhea for several hours and then started vomiting multiple times.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
