Ate the chicken flautas dinner around 5pm. By 1am was experiencing diarrhea, vomiting, cold sweats. Seriously thought of going to the ER but was too sick to leave the bathroom. Lasted all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a double meat with chz jalapeños and bacon with lettuce tomatoes and onion..around 9:30 last night sick around 3pm...assume it was whataburger since there was lettuce in my vomit.. which was the last time I ate lettuce that was in my burger from last night  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
