On 3/12/20 I ate at this wingstop. I noticed one of my wings was raw so I threw it out. The next day, 3/13/20 I started feeling symptoms, first I had strong stomach cramps and later that night I started throwing up and had bad diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I went feb 2 @ 230 and have been sick ever since. in and out of the hospital and on medicine. had to go to the emergency room saturday feb 22 for stomach issues mirroring having a heart attack.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Monday afternoon about 4:30 p.m. purchased Clam Chowder from the Soup Bar. Went home, ate about 6 cashews & the soup. Started stomach cramps about 6 p.m. violently ill all night.
