I went in about 7:30PM on 4/20/2018 and got the usual sweet onion chicken teriyaki with lettuce and extra Pickles and onions sweet onion sauce and vinegar and oil salt and pepper I ate and 2 hours later I couldn't stay out if the bathroom every 15 minutes I was running  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger and fries for Whataburger and within a half hour after consuming l was in the restroom five times with severe cramping and diarrhea. I also felt extremely faint. This severely crippled me and am still feeling things the day after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

在 30 分钟内吃了 2 块披萨。我的胃开始扭曲和抽筋。严重的腹部绞痛使我醒来，我能感觉到食物沿着胃肠道移动，扭曲和抽筋我的肠道。几个小时后，我是严重的抽筋再次唤醒了我，最后它被带有恶臭的纯液体喷出。无法重新入睡，肚子继续搅动扭曲的抽筋... 又一轮即将来临... 我丈夫最近两次买了他们的意大利辣香肠披萨时我的胃很不舒服... 再也没有尝试过爸爸约翰！天啊！！...现在整晚都恶心了！
