Lettuce wrapped burger at Five Guys, One person is sick, that I know of . symptoms started about 6 hours after food intake. Sudden onset cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, chills, malaise, and low grade fever. The intestinal cramps are intense.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Chills

I went in about 7:30PM on 4/20/2018 and got the usual sweet onion chicken teriyaki with lettuce and extra Pickles and onions sweet onion sauce and vinegar and oil salt and pepper I ate and 2 hours later I couldn't stay out if the bathroom every 15 minutes I was running  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger and fries for Whataburger and within a half hour after consuming l was in the restroom five times with severe cramping and diarrhea. I also felt extremely faint.
