I went to Saltgrass in Lewisville, Tx and ate a small bowl of taco soup and a chicken fried steak. 4-5 hours later I was so sick. Throwing up with diarrhea. It was the sickest I have ever been. No one else ate the items I ate and they didn't get sick. This was the only meal I ate all day long.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

got Jason's Deli salad bar last night around 6pm. by 3am i was vomiting and had diarrhea. ate Lettecue, cheese,onions, bacon,olivias,pasta salad, potato salad, peppers and an egg.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
