Ordered carved Owen roasted turkey, the staff didn't know what meat should go there. They corrected themselves after informing them off their mistakes. Not sure how clean they were esp after my experience  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天 5 点半左右去吃点清淡的午餐。点了炸玉米饼沙拉，味道很好，但是几个小时后我开始感觉很有趣，整个晚上情况一直在恶化。沙拉之后没吃任何晚餐，因为我的胃感觉很奇怪。今天早上醒来时腹泻很严重，感觉就像我在呕吐。检查了我的凳子，发现了很多未消化的生菜，现在我头疼得厉害，离开洗手间的时间不能超过 10 分钟。我知道那是沙拉，几周前我吃了沙拉，症状相同，只是没有那么强烈。这次我主要只吃了几个格兰诺拉麦片棒和那个沙拉。我想我会打电话请病假去工作 tmrw。

Symptoms started within 2hours of eating. Had eggs, bacon, hash browns and french toast. Have had diarrhea for 56hours now. If I knew who did it I would beat the hell out of them.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
