Family of 4, 3 of us ate in - my son had whichwhich at around 11:34am Sunday 1/16/17 - we all had chicken or beef and all 3 of us that ate chipotle got violently ill overnight. Went to our GP this morning with my daughter for the diagnosis.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我有我的第一个鸡肉包裹。尝起来有点滑稽，但我认为还可以。但是我无法完成。我最终得到了弹丸呕吐和同时腹泻。发烧、剧烈头痛和胃痛。它持续了 24 小时以上  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头痛, 胃痛

Ate part of a Beef Taco Salad on 8/21/16 @ 6:00 pm. Tasted so bitter couldn't eat it. Son tasted a tiny bit of shell & had to spit it out. Throat felt like it was burning all night. 9 days later my stomach still nauseous every time I eat.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Husband and I became violently ill after eating a slice each of turkey, mushroom pizza from the hot bar at wholefoods. There was about half a pizza and the girl said it had just come out of the oven, but us having diarreah, vomiting, nausea and stomach cramps for 3 days now, proves otherwise.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
