We ate only at MC Donald's in morrisville vt andy family had the MC jr meal cheese burger Happy meal and I ordered the breakfast with no meat and they all all got really sick that night into the next couple of days and I didnt get sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

你好，我叫扎克。昨晚下午 5 点左右我在肯德基吃过饭。今天早上 4 点左右我醒来时胃痛很严重。然后我去了洗手间，非常恶心。我计划在中午过后去看医生，看看我是否有食物中毒。我还是感觉不好，我吃这些食物会带来什么结果让我感到非常沮丧。

Six hours or so after eating an Italian sandwich with lettuce onions and green peppers for lunch yesterday I began getting stomach crqmps then dirrarea then vomiting. Diarrarea and vomiting continued through the night. Drinking water now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
