Ate pico de guac ( guacamole and pico de gallo) pre mixed dip last night around 8pm est and within the hour felt unusual by 11pm fever muscle aches extreme vomiting diarrhea all night long and still sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我女儿和我都在那里吃过我只吃了大米、生菜、奶酪，还有玉米她吃的相同，但是还有鸡肉。吃了一个小时后，她的胃开始抽筋，那天晚上晚些时候我的胃开始抽筋。我一直有胃痉挛和头痛持续恶心。她有呕吐和抽筋。在吃完食物之前我们完全没问题。

We had the chicken kabobs and Greek salad for lunch at Zoes Kitchen on Saturday. We used the Greek salad dressing which sits out all day refrigerated plus I used the Greek Seasoning Blend on everything. I had the zoes kitchen rice pilaf as a side also.… 更多

I had chicken tikka from the food bar for lunch and got sick three hours later (I did not eat anything else after lunch). My food poisoning involved vomiting and fever for at least four hours. I will never eat that bar food ever again (just the thought of that chicken makes me want to vomit again).  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐
