Opened and ate Kroger brand sandwich sized pepperoni on October 20 2018. Expiration date was 102118 yet top slice had penny-sized gray spots. While the other slices were visually okay they were also contaminated.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

3/9 9:45pm ate Dave's Double, french fries, baked potato with sour cream packets. 6.5hrs later, vomiting and diarrhea. Felt immediately better expulsion, had not eaten any establishment food 12hrs prior  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
