我丈夫和我 1 岁的孩子起初在 102218 年 5 点 30 分左右得了麦当劳，然后在当晚晚上 7 点左右开始出现症状。我的症状始于上午 10:2318，我的 1 岁孩子从上午 10:2318 开始出现症状。那是我们昨晚唯一一起吃的一顿饭，因为和孩子们一起跑腿而且需要快点东西。症状包括轻微的发烧腹泻/呕吐/胃痉挛和恶心。

Opened and ate Kroger brand sandwich sized pepperoni on October 20 2018. Expiration date was 102118 yet top slice had penny-sized gray spots. While the other slices were visually okay they were also contaminated.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
