Mcdonalds cheeseburgers My fiance got sick within 4 hours of eating his food. We went to bed and he woke up early in the morning (2am) throwing up. Since then he hasnt been able to even keep water down  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I have been going to this restaurant for about a year and half with no issue. Until last night, my family and my neighbors decided to go to dinner at the cafe. Now the next day all 8 of us are super sick. I will not be returning ever again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
