早上 7:30 吃了格鲁耶尔和培根真空低温烹调的鸡蛋吃过早餐，再加上一杯热卡布奇诺咖啡。到了上午 10 点 30 分，我有了第一轮胃痉挛和腹泻。我今天又生了三次腹泻，现在是下午 5 点 30 分。

另一方面，在这个地方，冰水的味道总是很奇怪。毋庸置疑，今天的经历之后我不会再回来了。

7 月 24 日星期三，我在晚上 10 点至 11 点之间开车经过
我女儿有一个带饼干的芝士汉堡我还有一个带饼干的 mcchicken
在我吃完 mcchicken 之后，我的胃立即开始受伤，但是可以忍受，所以我无视它就上床睡觉了。我女儿没有中毒症状所以我假设是 mcchicken。但是第二天我吃了剩下的最后一个饼干，然后在大约 2 小时后开始工作，我开始感到极度疲劳，很多寒冷和恶心。感觉好像发烧了，但我没有证实。我把它吸起来了。回家休息了整晚。不得不打电话给保姆看着我的女孩，因为我一点都不舒服。请记住，我什么都没吃过之后我吃了最后一个饼干... 直到 26 日... 在这一天，我开始反复出现痛苦的抽筋和 diarrea。现在是 27 日了，我感觉好多了，但还是有抽筋和偶尔腹泻我非常轻松。我没有去看医生，因为谷歌的信息显示它是可以自我诊断和自我治疗的，而且我已经看到了改善，但只是想确保知道万一别人生病或爆发疫情。
