Dec. 6 got a fish burrito with rice, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, olives, sour cream, quacamole. Went home and went to bed fairly early. Woke up next morning fairly sick .By 2 PM puked out my gut. In bed until 1130pm. 2 days later feel so so. Nasty.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a Chick-Fil-A sandwich the night of 12/7/17 and woke up early in the morning with diarrhea and vomiting. I indeed know it was Chick-Fil-A, as that was all I had eaten that day and it is currently what I've been throwing up - nasty!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My husband and I ordered two #13 last night. My husband said his sandwich tasted weird, mine tasted fine. After 30 minutes of finishing my sandwich, my stomach cramped up and this morning I woke up to bad diarrhea. I am a stay at home mom who breastfeeds so believe me this is a HUGE inconvenience.  | 症状: 腹泻

Ate a taco bowl and an hour later it started affecting me. The nausea caused me to have a seizure and I couldn’t drink or eat anything without throwing up. After 12 hours of suffering and debate I went to the hospital and they had to put me on multiple IVs and CT scan my stomach.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
