我今天早上 9 点 45 分左右购买了一份鸡肉饼干三明治餐作为早餐。大约 15 分钟后我吃了食物（正如我带走的那样），到了上午 11 点 30 分，我感觉自己快死了。我有可怕的胃痛和恶心，我多次呕吐，几个小时后腹泻严重。这是我个人经历过的最严重的食物中毒案例。我现在感觉还不错（现在是晚上 10 点 45 分），但是我的胃仍然很敏感，身体疼痛。

The only thing I ate all day other than popcorn was their chicken, a biscuit, mashed potatoes and beans with rice. An hour later I started feeling nauseous and had strong stomach pains. Twelve hours later I still have nausea and pain and I’ve thrown up a few times.

I had biscuits and mushroom gravy from biscuit bitch in Seattle. Got sick with bad food poisoning. Suffered all night with diarrhoea and vomiting. It was just me. Three hours from the time I had food. The worst part was I was in a bus travelling back home.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我和我的女儿昨天晚上 7 点 30 分至 8 点之间停下来吃早餐三明治。我有一个香肠鸡蛋和奶酪 McMuffin 还有一个香肠鸡蛋和奶酪饼干。我有整个煮熟的鸡蛋，而她的鸡蛋是折叠的鸡蛋。我注意到我的鸡蛋质地很奇怪，但我认为只有我自己。昨晚 11 点之前，我的下背部和腹部出现了严重的胃痉挛和疼痛。我的腹部变得非常膨胀。我感觉恶心开始流汗。我只是躺在一个 curl 缩的胎儿姿势愿意自己不呕吐。今天早上我最终取消了工作并使用了休假日，因为我还生病，现在无法将自己从洗手间中移开。
