This is the 3rd time I have gotten a non-meat burrito from Chipotle and the 3rd time I have gotten sick. I'm not even getting meat or dairy in my burritos- SO WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS!? P.S. Ate a burrito bowl, immediately became sick that night around 8. Woke up with repeated bowel movements. Kept on waking up during the middle of the night. Became dehydrated, luckily my mother is a nurse and noticed my symptoms. Done with Chipotle at this point  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

I had a chicken burrito at about 3 PM. About an hour and 15 minutes later as I was walking through the downtown, I had to run to the restroom with diarrhea. I am having severe abdominal pain. The pain and diarrhea have not yet subsided.  | 症状: 腹泻
