我在长滩 anahein st 吃了肯德基的鸡肉碗大约 4 小时后，我开始出现与食物中毒有关的严重症状。我 100％ 确定这些症状与肯德基餐有关，因为我在那天之前和生病的肯德基饭后都没有其他东西可吃。首先是适度的肠道气体，进食后 2 小时内感到不适，然后是更强的腹胀，胀气以及持续不断地上厕所，伴有深色流鼻涕腹泻，肠道区域严重不适。这种腹泻和疼痛已经快 24 小时了，明天要去看医生。

I had a chicken bowl with white & brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild and medium salsa, corn, cheese, and lettuce. Chips and hot salsa on the side. Didn't get hit until 5 hours after eating it and it all came up and out the back end. Extremely painful.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

午餐时点了一个鸡碗，里面装有白米饭、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜。吃完几个小时后，我注意到身体有轻微的疼痛和胃部不适。大约 4 点回家后立即睡了大约 2 个小时。醒来时极度恶心然后呕吐。整晚都感到恶心、头痛和身体疼痛。第二天恶心几乎消失了，但身体疼痛和头痛依然存在。
