在学年期间，我从周末回家去了。日期是星期三下午 4 点至 6 点之间... 我拿到了烤鸡肉三明治。大约 4 小时后，我感到恶心，躺在床上。当我躺在那里的时候，我的胃感觉好像有人在里面移动我的肠子，伴随着低烧和不间断的寒战，它持续了 10-15 分钟，然后我去洗手间呕吐 4-5 次... 之后，我躺在沙发上... 10 分钟后，我又吐了起来4 次，之后呕吐停止了，我只需要处理胃部感觉不舒服的情况。一天后，我只有一点腹泻，还有一个新的症状 “冷汗”

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries, a biscuit, and sweet tea at about 4:30pm on Tuesday August 6, 2019. I woke up at 3:30 am Wednesday August 7 with horrible stomach cramping and diarrhea. I continued to have diarrhea through Wednesday and felt nauseous all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

Got a spicy chicken sandwich that had soggy breading, and tough meat which was hard to bite into. The lettuce was black and the bread was hard.

The grilled chicken sandwich I purchased had tough skin like it was sitting out for a couple hours. Also hard to bite into.  | 症状: 恶心

我吃了鸡肉三明治，在 2 小时内，我得了最严重的胃痛（好像有人在刺入我的低肚脐一样），我真是太恶心了。我去站起来但疼痛太严重了我不得不坐下来。我试图再站起来 2 次，但身体无法站起来-所以我拿起一个垃圾袋然后向那个垃圾袋呕吐了 2 或 3 次。我以为已经结束了，但是 5 分钟后情况又变得更糟了，我不得不坐在床边呕吐。此时，我只是在扔黄色的泡沫，但疼痛难以忍受。我以为我肯定得去医院。我穿着 T 恤、短裤和内衣就流汗了。它终于消退了然后消失了。但是当我吃三明治的时候，我大声说：“这味道不太好，生菜也枯萎了。”然后 2-3 小时后我病得很厉害。感觉好像我中毒了。
