2019 年 4 月 5 日，星期五晚上；我吃了草莓罂粟籽鸡肉沙拉。大约 2 小时后出现严重的胃痉挛和恶心，整夜开始呕吐几个小时。在接下来的 24 小时内非常虚弱并且因腹泻而疲劳。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 弱点, 疲劳

Chicken leg quarters, I bought a 10lb bag chicken leg quarters. Cooked them at home. Cooked very well. Nearly overdone. Became very ill. I am currently ill. Panera bread’s avocado melt and chicken noodle soup, I was fine for a few hours but I got stomach cramps early the next morning. I ate at about 9 or 10 at night. The next day I woke up with diarrhea. Symptoms took about 6 hours to set in because I was asleep.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
