I ate a chicken bowl with corn and lettuce. After I ate it I had a stomach ache but continued to finish my shift at work. I woke up at 3am with an unbearable stomach ache and from there on it was vomiting, nausea, and fever all night and still all morning.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I got a burrito bowl Tuesday night with white rice, black beans, fajitas and chicken. As well as chips and guac. I woke up Wednesday morning and my stomach was in a huge knot. I had had yellow diarrhea all day long and couldn't eat anything. Super nauseous all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
