Had 4 for 4 meal. Double burger, tenders, fries and a coke for lunch. I thought the fries tasted “funny”. Nothing else to eat or drink till dinner time. Too nauseas to have diner. Around 10pm got violently ill. Diarrhea then vomiting. This lasted all night about… 更多

Last week, I got chicken nugs from Wendy's, the baconater cheese fries (idk how to spell) and a large sprite. About an hour or two after eating, i vomited. I assumed that all the sprite i drank just didn't sit well. Yesterday, i had the same thing but a large coke, not sprite. I vomited again.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Had the bbq bourbon triple stack, curly fries and a coke. That was the only thing I ate that day. About 4 hours later, started vomiting, diarrhea, can't keep anything down.

晚上 7 点 30 分有一个 #2 双芝士汉堡只有生菜和番茄酱、薯条和可乐喝。有严重的胃痛和抽筋持续了几个小时，然后在凌晨 1 点左右醒来呕吐。喝了凌晨 2 点之后我稍微吐出来的少量水。现在是上午 8 点 30 分，我患有严重的 diahrrea，现在正在急症室接受静脉注射液。
