我吃的是非常规的饮食，但是在 18 年 11 月 27 日，我在中午左右订购了带蓝纹奶酪的 #9 和巧克力薄荷饼干。我的饮食中唯一不同的东西。晚上 9 点左右我开始出现严重的胃痛，从晚上 9:30-10:15 开始，我反复干呕吐和呕吐。我有可怕的排便，我发烧了 99.6，我几乎无法动弹，我非常头晕，疲劳，发冷-所有食物中毒的症状。我通过电子邮件向餐厅发送了这些信息。

11/21：大约下午 1:30 和家人一起去了 Shake Shack。在那里吃过几次，包括盛大的开幕活动。我有带糖饼干奶昔的路边双汉堡包。一家人吃了奶酪薯条、Smokestack 汉堡、糖饼干和薄荷奶昔。我是唯一一个生病的人。进食后 30 分钟内，肚子疼得可怕，恶心，扔进车里，然后持续了 3 个小时。今晚还是恶心，累了，胃痛，不想吃东西
