你好，我在 2019 年 1 月 17 日上午 10 点至 11 点之间购买了 3 个著名的 Amos 巧克力曲奇饼干。我工作的公司在同一栋楼（10 楼），所以我通常会从这家商店买早餐。几个小时后（2019 年 1 月 17 日）消耗了第一包后，我有头痛、腹泻和想呕吐的感觉。我也有肌肉酸痛。我忽略了它，只是为了减少症状而带回家吃药。然后（2019 年 1 月 21 日星期一），我想再次吃著名的 Amos 曲奇，所以我拿了 1 包然后打开，但是却发现里面有蛆。虽然不是很多，但是有一些，所以如果你不够小心的话也不是很明显。包裹是完全密封的，所以我怀疑那些蛆自从我购买之后就已经在那里了。那时，我意识到这些饼干可能是我生病的罪魁祸首。我已将此问题报告给 7-Eleven，但他们要求我收到购买的商品。实际上，他们只能根据我购买的日期和时间查看闭路电视，但他们从来没有这样做过。我向他们展示了我带有蛆虫的饼干的视频，但他们似乎根本不担心。我通过 Facebook 联系了著名的 Amos Singapore，但他们提到他们不处理在超市或便利店出售的任何预包装产品。我希望 7-Eleven 至少能做点什么来防止其他消费者摄入这种受污染的 Cookie。可能不是全部，但最好检查一下。如果他们需要证明，我在饼干上有照片和视频和蛆虫。

周一晚上 6 点 7 点左右我吃了肯德基，我有五美元的充满鸡肉招标、饼干、饼干和楔子的箱子。在凌晨 1 点或 2 点左右，我有严重的腹痛，我开始发烧、发冷、严重腹泻和呕吐。我的发烧是华氏 103 度。我去了急诊部检查完了，他们说我有沙门氏菌中毒。
