My brother in law & sister brought me a take out plate which I got the French Toast with eggs, bacon, & two sausage links. I also got a side of biscuits. I could not finish the sausage due to the odd taste & texture as well… 更多

I ate the $2 French toast, $2 pancakes and $2 quesadilla. I could taste raw egg in my French toast but wasn't able to ask for a new meal because they were so busy there wasn't even a waitress around to talk to about it  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

12 月 10 日星期六下午 5 点或 6 点左右，我去了 Carl's Jr.，我订购了辣鸡肉三明治、法式吐司蘸酱和可乐。当我吃沙子的时候我注意到它有酸味但没关系，大约 30 分钟后我开始发冷，也很恶心，我很难移动，然后大约凌晨 3 点左右腹泻和呕吐开始了，现在我要在上午 7 点 02 分在洗手间后写这份报告自 3 年起

上午 10 点 30 分左右吃了火鸡俱乐部之后，购买了早餐三明治、法式吐司鸡蛋 suasage、火鸡火腿俱乐部三明治没有蛋黄酱和一个带大咖啡的圣诞树甜甜圈，那天晚上我整夜都在奔跑、爆发和抽筋，第二天取消了生病，手臂脖子和背部僵硬，冷汗和几乎每小时都会去洗手间... 难闻的恶臭气味和大桶水倒出后门的管道...
