I ordered a four for four with a salad instead of fries. I believe the salad made me sick mainly because the contents of my upchuck was mainly salad. Also my husband shared my four for four with me but he didn’t eat any salad and he’s not sick but I am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Their spicy chicken sandwich , 2 people, ate same meal at 7pm, woke up in the middle of the night with extremely painful stomach aches, vomiting and diarrhea, we did not consume fries or custard, solely sandwich and sweet tea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

It is myself and my 15 year old son. Both had a large big mac meal with fries and shared a box of chicken selects about 7.30pm last night., 2 people from eating the same meal. Both, servia vomiting, diarrhoea, sweating and shivers. Ate it around 7.30pm… 更多

Got chicken tenders and fries around 8pm. By 2am I started to get sweaty and dizzy. Threw up some snacks I had when I got home, continued to vomit for hours until the chicken tenders left my body. Once they did I was drenched in a sweat. Bad diarrhea during this time.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕, 出汗
