我吃了一条水牛鸡肉卷，里面有蓝纹奶酪和红薯薯条。一切都很好吃。几个小时后，我头疼得很厉害，感到恶心和发烧。那之后我差不多就去睡觉了。第二天早上我呕吐了，整天都在发烧，发冷和身体疼痛。我整天都睡着了，什么都吃不了。今天，我没有发烧、发冷或身体疼痛，但是一整天都有最严重的腹泻和恶心。希望这是最后一次，因为我不得不下班而且不能再起飞太多了。

On April 7, 2019 ordered an 8 piece chicken meal with fries and hush puppies for my husband and two sons. My youngest son woke up at 3:30 am vomiting and 5 minutes later my older son woke up vomiting. Pretty sure it is food poising because they got sick at the same time.  | 症状: 呕吐
